Komp AS“  كومب آ س “

KompAS is a project for competence assessment, early activation for the labor
market and acquisition of the German language. KompAS enables the simultaneous execution of an integration course and a
professional activation measure (MAT). In this way the language skills should
be strengthened and developed, and on the other hand a faster integration of
the refugees into the labor market will be achieved.

كومباس هو مشروع لتقييم الكفاءة والتنشيط المبكر

لسوق العمل و تعلم اللغة الألمانية.

كومباس تُمكّنْ من التنفيذ المتزامن لدورة

الإندماج والتدابير المهنية (إم آ تي) في الوقت نفسه. وبهذه الطريقة ينبغي تعزيز
المهارات اللغوية وتطويرها إضافةً إلى تكامل أسرع في سوق العمل بالنسبة للاجئين.

SUITABLE FOR:

• Asylum seekers with asylum seekers with good housing prospects and an
admission of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) to
participate in an integration course and
• Migrants in the jobcenter’s service envelope; Including recognized refugees
and gulps from 18 to 50 years.

AIM:

Tilt and skills, motivate them for professional qualification, eliminate
mediation obstacles, lead to training or labor market.

Duration: 7 months

What does KompAS offer?
